Laptopless...
My laptop finally gave in altho it has been on life support for a few months. It has been overheating really really badly to the point that it auto shuts off by itself. to have it running, I had to turn on the A/C AND blow a fan at its exhaust. As if that wasn't bad enough, it refused to be formatted - it shuts off everytime I try - As though it knows that I'm gonna send it to the service centre and this is its last form of defiance ><
Anyway, I managed to format it (2 fans + 1 A/C) and had it sent to the service centre. It'll be back in about a week's time.
Till then, I have to bear with these 2 inferior common pc's at the hall. Ughh... I have no idea how my brothers maintain these. They have higher specs as compared to mine but IT'S FCKING SLOWWWW!!
Not to mention the amount of errors in it. OMG LARRR...
Just to have it print my lecture slides required SO MUCH troubleshooting that I might as well get paid for it. Heck, even at my previous job, I got paid for less cumbersome jobs. X(
